At BASF, I operated at the intersection of business strategy and high-level engineering, serving as both Dev Lead and Product Owner. I managed a complex roadmap of over 25 internal applications, leading cross-functional Agile teams to balance architectural integrity with rapid delivery. By translating business goals into scalable technical solutions, I established new development standards and pioneered the use of AI-driven tools and automation to enhance team efficiency. My tenure was defined by a focus on technical direction, stakeholder management, and building robust platforms designed for long-term scalability.
Operational Excellence in Hypergrowth Environments
During my time at Gorillas, I played a key role in one of Europe’s most significant startup success stories, witnessing the company scale from a seed-stage venture to a $3B unicorn. Operating in an extremely high-pressure environment, I oversaw the operational health of up to 21 warehouses, optimizing software algorithms and developing standardized operating procedures (SOPs). As a Supervisor, I led diverse teams and utilized Notion and Slack automations to streamline workflows, ensuring inventory accuracy and strategic demand planning while the company expanded to 200 locations across 60 cities.

My career is rooted in end-to-end project management through my work as a Freelance Web Developer and Marketer. I delivered diverse digital solutions across the hospitality and e-commerce sectors, designing websites with integrated booking systems that generated sustained revenue.
